Throughout his career, Raul has been involved in many promotional activities to benefit youth. In 1990 he produced and directed the acclaimed HACER Scholarship Fund public service announcement (PSA) that aired nationally in support of McDonald's Corporation's involvement in scholarship programs. In 1993 he produced and directed the music video for Back by Popular Demand performed by Kool Rock Steady. The restrictive budget allocated to this Chicago hip hop performer’s video called for creative solutions by Raul and his team, and thanks to carefully selected locations, excellent directing and tight editing, the final production was of excellent quality and aired nationally on many music networks, including MTV. | | PRESENTE
Raul extended his expertise to the education field when he produced and directed PRESENTE: For the Challenge of Literacy, a collection of video productions for the State of Illinois.
